Welcome to my site! From September 2004 thru August 2005 while teaching in Poland, I decided to take one photo a day, everyday. The photos ranged from exciting trips to Florence and Istanbul to the daily minutia of cooking or walking to the bus station. These photos not only became my journal, but a reminder that there are opportunities to see the extraordinary in the commonplace of each day. That journal is the motivation for my blog.
